Plant Fitter - Up to £40,000 basic! - UNLIMITED overtime paid at time and a half - OTE = £55,000 - £60,000

Are you a skilled Plant Fitter looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We’re seeking a dedicated Plant Fitter to join a dynamic team in Thatcham, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing a range of heavy plant equipment. Responsibilities:

• Fixing, servicing, and maintaining excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, rollers, and other plant equipment
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensuring all equipment is safe and compliant with industry standards

Candidate requirements:

• NVQ/City & Guilds in an engineering discipline (preferred but not essential)
• A valid UK driving licence
• Experience as a fitter or plant engineer
