Location: Aylesbury area

The Role:

The Plant Fitter is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment within the construction industry.

Working as part of the Plant department operations team, providing full operational support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service and maintenance on mechanical and non-mechanical plant and specialist equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
• Raise workshop jobs in the system, detailing hours and parts used, and save updated certificates on the shared drive.
• Document work completed on system-generated service checklists and submit for scanning.
• Order parts for workshop jobs using the workshop module in the system.
• Identify equipment for disposal and notify management.

We are working with various clients across the UK who are currently looking for Plant Fitters on a permanent basis. Candidates can be based in the yard or be mobile plant fitters. We consider both skilled and semi-skilled applicants.
