Infinitive Resources is currently seeking an experienced Plant Fitter or HGV Mechanic to join a global Rail & Construction plant business at the forefront of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance with a worldwide presence.

Location

Based in Sheffield, Doncaster, or Leeds.

Responsibilities

1. Planned and reactive maintenance of equipment
2. Diagnosing on-site machinery issues
3. Preventing downtime
4. Being customer-focused

Requirements

1. Level 2 NVQ
2. HGV or heavy plant equipment experience
3. Driving license
4. IRTEC qualification (not essential but desirable)

All training related to rail safety and standards will be provided. Van, tooling, and other specialist equipment will also be supplied for the role. This position offers significant opportunities for career growth, with many managers in the business having advanced from operational roles.
