Neos Recruitment is recruiting for a Plant Fitter for a growing plant and construction equipment specialist in the West Midlands. You will service, repair and fault-diagnose a range of plant equipment across workshop and field assignments.
The role features a 60/40 split between workshop and field work with opportunities to work on CASE and other manufacturers. Training on manufacturer procedures will be provided and a company van is supplied for field work.

Salary: £20.00 – £21.50 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are working with an established and growing specialist within the plant and construction equipment industry, who have recently expanded their operations through a new franchise bringing CASE construction equipment into their product offering.
As a result of this expansion, they are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer to join their team.
This is a varied role, offering a 60/40 split between workshop and field-based work, giving you the opportunity to work on a wide range of plant equipment while also attending customer sites across the West Midlands and Warwickshire.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple manufacturers and types of plant equipment, with strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge and the ability to diagnose faults effectively.
Experience with CASE and/or Sunward equipment would be highly advantageous, although full manufacturer training will be provided for the right candidate.
As a Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair and fault diagnosis of a variety of construction and plant equipment.
