Job summary

Tiro Associates Ltd is seeking a Plant Technician for Romford to join its engineering operations team. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and improve plant reliability across utilities, facilities systems and production equipment.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments and working within GMP procedures. The position operates on 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shifts, with salary and benefits as stated.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, plant or utilities engineering
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, drives and electrical systems
• Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food or FMCG environments
• Ability to work safely and accurately within GMP procedures

Salary GBP50,655 + bonus + overtime

A global Pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Plant Technician to join its engineering operations team.

This position is ideal for an engineering professional with experience maintaining plant, utilities, facilities and manufacturing equipment within a regulated production environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and plant reliability across utilities, facilities systems and production support equipment. You will also contribute to engineering improvements and support investigations into equipment failures.

Key Requirements

• Engineering qualification such as City and Guilds, NVQ or BTEC level 2/3
• Experience in maintenance, plant or utilities engineering
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
