What You Will Do

1. Lead or support the technical specifications for new or updated plant infrastructure to enable cutting-edge processes and facilities.
2. Manage key project workstreams, from initial request for information to final project handover.
3. Collaborate with equipment vendors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
4. Oversee budgets, maintaining accurate forecasting and strict control of project spend.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex plant-related issues, working closely with engineering and maintenance teams.
6. Maintain and update key site documentation, including site layouts and Building Information Models, ensuring compliance with change management processes.

What You Will Bring

1. Proven experience in delivering new production lines or facilities, with a focus on service infrastructure.
2. Expertise in commissioning phases for new process equipment and plants.
3. Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID engineering drawings.
4. Strong knowledge of plant service requirements in industries such as food, pharma, or chemicals.
5. Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing project budgets ranging from GBP 50k to GBP 500k.
