Plant Engineer Job Opportunity

Responsibilities of the Plant Engineer:

• Maintain all construction plant hire equipment to high standards, including diagnosing faults, servicing, and PDIs on site
• Carry out breakdown repairs on construction plant machinery
• Perform routine services on equipment such as diggers, dumpers, Vogel pavers, excavators, paving machines, and Bomag rollers
• Manage administration tasks and complete all paperwork accurately and on time, including warranty claims

Note: A valid driving license is essential for this role.

Successful candidates will likely have experience as an Engineer, Mechanic, Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Workshop Plant Fitter, Service Fitter, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Heavy Plant Engineer, or Plant Mechanic. Proven qualifications in Plant Maintenance are required. Experience working on small tools or HGVs is also valuable.
