Job summary

Plant Plan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for plant displays across Swindon and surrounding areas. The role is field-based, full-time, with a company vehicle for client site visits and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

You will maintain displays and deliver excellent customer service while travelling between client locations. The ideal candidate holds a Clean UK Driving Licence and is based in or near Swindon, with a tendency to live within the M4 corridor area for efficient travel.

We're hiring for a Maintenance Technician caring for beautiful plants around the Swindon & Newbury area.

Full-Time Swindon £13.45 - £14.50 per hour Monday to Friday

The Role

Location: Field-Based (Ideal base: M4 Corridor (Mid Section - Swindon & Newbury Area)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £13.45 per hour - £14.50 per hour DOE + Discretionary Quarterly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Requirements: Must hold a Clean UK Driving Licence
