Planning Technician (Validations)

Location: South East

Contract: 3-month initial contract

Rate: £25 per hour Umbrella (Rate Dependant Upon Experience)

I am working closely with my LPA client based in the South East as they seek an interim Planning Technician to join the Validations Team on an initial 3-month contract.

This role requires an experienced, organized, and competent Planning Technician who can efficiently process high volumes of planning validations and integrate seamlessly into the team.

The position involves attending the office 2 days per week, with the option to work from home for the remaining days. For the right candidate with substantial experience, there is potential to adjust the office presence requirements once settled and appropriately set up.
