• Lead specialist planning activities: direct work across order waving, date management, and transport proformas.
• Coordinate site execution: align plans with Team Leaders across departments for smooth operations.
• Communicate and resolve issues: act as operational contact for divisional teams; manage and report risks.
• Develop and improve: build team capability through cross-training and regular feedback.
