Planning Partner is sought to join a leading national law firm. Are you ambitious and frustrated with your current employer and want a change of direction? Key Responsibilities:

1. Hit the ground running upon joining the firm.
2. Oversee and develop a team of talented planning lawyers.
3. Provide expert guidance on planning matters in both private and public sectors, including residential and commercial developments.
4. Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure high-quality legal advice and representation for clients.
5. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
6. Work closely with the partnership, especially the real estate team.
7. Prepare a strategic business plan as part of the recruitment process, outlining growth strategies for the planning team.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Qualified solicitor with at least ten years PQE.
2. Strong background in planning law within private and public sectors.
3. Ideally a current partner seeking a new challenge.
4. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
5. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, with high ethical standards.
6. Well-versed in planning, highways, and environmental law.
