Birmingham-based regional law firm seeks an experienced Planning Associate Solicitor to join its growing planning team. The role targets candidates around 4 years' PQE with strong plotting and advisory capabilities across planning matters.

You will advise developers, landowners and businesses, oversee planning strategy, and contribute to client relationships and business development within the Midlands.

Qualifications

• Solid technical knowledge of planning law.
• Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious planning matters.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a personal caseload with support as needed.

Responsabilités

• Advise on planning applications, appeals and enforcement matters.
• Handle Section 106 agreements and other planning obligations.
• Work on development and regeneration projects.
• Address planning issues from residential and commercial developments.
