National Law Firm in Birmingham seeks an established Planning Partner to lead and grow the planning practice within a national law firm. You will shape strategy, expand client relationships and drive cross-referral opportunities across property, development and infrastructure sectors.

You will bring a strong reputation in planning, an established client following and a track record of business development, with commercial acumen and strategic vision to lead and grow a national practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the planning practice, setting the strategy for future growth.
• Advise clients on planning applications, appeals, development consents and planning agreements.
• Develop relationships with developers, housebuilders, landowners, investors and public sector organisations.
• Generate new business through an established network of contacts and a demonstrable client following.
• Identify opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues across real estate, construction, infrastructure and other complementary practice areas.
• Raise the profile of the planning team and strengthen its reputation in the market.
• Play an active role in the future development and recruitment of the team.
