A leading UK law firm is seeking a Planning Solicitor to join their highly regarded Real Estate team on a fixed-term contract of 6 to 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a nationally recognised team on a broad range of planning matters, including infrastructure, regeneration, and development projects.

Key Details:

• Location: Hybrid working (with office presence as required) can be based from Leeds or Manchester.
• Contract: Fixed-Term (6–12 months)
• Salary: £75,000–£90,000 + benefits
• Start Date: ASAP or negotiable
