Cripps is seeking a planning solicitor to join our nationally renowned Planning Team, advising developers, landowners, investors and authorities on complex planning matters across the country. With 2+ years PQE, you will work on planning applications, appeals, judicial reviews and environmental issues, collaborating with investment firms, house builders and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ PQE or more, with experience in planning advice and guidance.
• Experience working with investment firms, house builders and individuals seeking planning advice.
• Strong ability to advise on complex planning matters and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning advice on applications, appeals, judicial reviews and environmental matters.
• Support large-scale residential and commercial development projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic planning solutions.
