Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council is looking for a planning solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of complex planning issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning law and strong communication skills, contributing to public sector projects and stakeholder relations. The role offers a hybrid working model with remote options and attendance at monthly planning committees.

This role requires the expertise of a seasoned planning lawyer who ideally has previous experience of dealing with public sector work.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep understanding of planning law and have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
We operate a ‘hybrid working’ model with a mix of office based, home and remote working available when suitable. The role can be conducted largely remotely however you will be required to attend planning committee (held in the evening) one day per month.
