Grade 8, £41,511 up to £45,718 per annum pro rata (Pay award pending)
37 hours per week, permanent contract.
The Council is seeking to recruit a Planning Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of complex planning matters, including but not limited to:
This role requires the expertise of a seasoned planning lawyer with previous experience in public sector work. The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep understanding of planning law, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
We operate a hybrid working model with a mix of office-based, home, and remote working options. The role can be conducted largely remotely; however, attendance at planning committee meetings (held in the evening) is required once a month.
