  • We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Planning Solicitor to lead a detailed audit of Section 106 Agreements made under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. This role involves analysing financial contributions received through these agreements and working closely with finance professionals to reconcile and report on their application.

  • Key Responsibilities:
