Elmbridge Borough Council is seeking a Planning Policy & Monitoring Officer based at the Civic Centre in Esher to support evidence-based planning work. You will help prepare data, monitor housing delivery, land use and sustainability outcomes, and contribute to the Local Plan and related policy projects.

The role suits a recent planning or environmental studies graduate who is highly organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Interest in development, policy and data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare evidence base studies and monitor planning metrics.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparation of evidence base studies for the Local Plan.
• Monitor housing delivery, land use and sustainability outcomes.
