Qualifications

• Strong planning/production planning management experience.
• Mechanical Engineering background.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the planning function.
• Own production, demand and capacity planning.
• Manage inventory and material availability.
• Drive improvements in planning accuracy and On-Time Delivery.
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance.
