Job summary

Brookworth Homes, a prestigious residential developer, is seeking a Planning Manager to join the Land & Planning team in Reigate, Surrey. You will appoint and coordinate external planning consultants on applications and appeals, prepare and submit planning documents, and oversee planning conditions.

The role suits an established Planning Manager or a Planner ready to progress; RTPI-accredited degree preferred, strong policy knowledge, excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating external planning consultants on applications and appeals.
• Strong knowledge of planning policy and application processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Appointment and coordination of external planning consultants on applications and appeals.
• Preparation, management and submission of documents, including Planning Statements, to support applications.
• Managing planning conditions, amendments and compliance.
• Supporting the Land team with appraisals and due diligence on potential acquisitions, identifying development opportunities where possible.
• Overseeing Section 106 agreements and contributing to the wider project management process.
• Working closely with the internal Land & Planning team and other departments to support delivery across the business.
