Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Planning Manager in the United Kingdom to lead integrated project schedules from design through turnover. You will surface risks early, align planning across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and drive on-time delivery for complex data center programs.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, develop planning standards, and influence decision-making. Occasional travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Experience on large-scale datacenter or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 with critical path scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated project schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Identify risks and schedule impacts using critical path analysis.
• Track progress against baselines and provide milestone updates.
• Facilitate planning sessions with internal and external teams.
• Create scalable scheduling standards and tools.
