Job summary

Crest Recruitment is looking for a Planning Manager to join a leading Housing Association in the Midlands. You will advise on town planning matters, manage planning applications across multiple projects, and engage with stakeholders to secure successful outcomes.

You should hold an RTPI-accredited degree; Associate or Licentiate RTPI is desirable. Proven experience delivering planning approvals for residential volume housing and working for developers, consultancies or housing associations will
