Job summary

Brookworth Homes in Reigate is seeking a Planning Manager to join the Land & Planning team, coordinating external consultants on applications and appeals, and delivering planning submissions throughout the lifecycle.

You will support due diligence on acquisitions, manage planning conditions and s106 tasks, and collaborate with internal teams. A RTPI-accredited degree is preferred and full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Open to all planning backgrounds including Housebuilder, Local Authority or Planning Consultancy.
• RTPI accreditation preferred for the role.
• Strong knowledge of planning policy and application processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Appointment and coordination of external planning consultants on applications and appeals.
• Preparation, management and submission of planning applications.
• Managing planning conditions, amendments and compliance.
• Supporting the land team with appraisals and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
• Overseeing s106 agreements and contributing to the wider project management process.
• Working closely with the internal Land & Planning team to support delivery across the full planning lifecycle.
