Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join the Estates team in West Sussex. You will provide strategic planning advice, oversee applications, and help shape our UK property portfolio across the country.

This role offers hybrid working in West Sussex, with a salary of £64,000–£66,950 per annum plus a company car or car allowance. The position invites a proactive planner to influence development across the UK.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
• MRTPI Chartered status with 4+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong track record of successfully securing planning consents.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.

Salary: £64,000 - £66,950 per annum + company car or car allowance
