Sellick Partnership is working with a London-based local authority seeking a Planning Lawyer on an interim basis.
The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension on a rolling, long-term basis. It can be performed remotely; however, you will need to collect IT equipment from London on the first day.
Key responsibilities include drafting Section 106 Agreements, as well as other planning and highways agreements. There is also an opportunity to handle more complex work suitable for experienced lawyers. While experience within a local authority setting is preferred, candidates from other sectors with relevant Section 106 Agreements experience will also be considered.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for highly experienced candidates or for those who are more junior and seeking progression. The role provides flexibility for candidates living outside London due to the possibility of remote working.
