KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

Job Title: Principal Specialist, Scheduling/Planning

The Principal Specialist, Scheduling/Planning reports to the project controls manager and responsibilities include:

1. Maintain schedule coding structure and check correct application in P6
2. Assure integrity of the schedule – durations, logic, milestones
3. Schedule analysis and critical path communication to project management
4. Co-ordination of the weekly and monthly update cycles for schedule and progress
5. Update and maintain Level 1, 2 and Level 3 schedules for project reports
6. Update and maintain progress curves for project reporting
7. Co-ordination of discipline and area reviews of schedule and progress to confirm accuracy of information and forecasts
8. Schedule management to assure alignment of all schedules and resolve interface issues
9. Correct use of the planning and progress systems
10. Provide progress measurement function for all phases of the project
11. Review of schedule and progress reporting for consolidation and input to project reports
12. Provide schedule impacts for change control
13. Baseline maintenance

The role is deemed outside of IR35 subject to confirmation by a Qdos assessment. Hybrid working is available with three days required to work in the KBR offices in Leatherhead.
