Tandridge District Council invites applications for a Planning Enforcement Officer (Permanent) based at The Council Offices, Oxted, Surrey. You will investigate and resolve breaches of planning control, and manage your own caseload to support the enforcement team.

The role offers a salary of £35,162 - £40,533 plus a £5,000 welcome payment and a £3,000 retention payment after year two, along with pension and flexible working options.

• Ability to investigate and resolve breaches of planning control.

• Uphold confidence in the planning system and ensure compliance with approved plans.
