Solicitor / FCILEX - Planning (4-8 Years' PQE)

About the Role

In this diverse and rewarding role, you will provide expert advice on a range of planning matters, including:

1. Planning permissions
2. Planning appeals
3. CIL, s106 agreements
4. Judicial review
5. Highways and public rights of way
6. Environmental law

You'll also support administrative tasks and contribute to business development initiatives, all within a highly collaborative team. Flexible working options, including part-time or job share, are available to support a healthy work-life balance.

What We're Looking For

1. 4 to 8 years' PQE or equivalent as an FCILEX with solid planning law experience.
2. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
3. A proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
4. IT literate, with experience using case management systems.
