AirTanker is seeking a Planning Assistant to join the Fleet Engineering team in the UK, supporting scheduled aircraft maintenance and helping prepare work packages, control maintenance documentation, and keep activity on track.

Working with Base Production Planners, you will ensure documentation is accurate and complete, contributing to safe and effective aircraft maintenance while developing hands-on experience in production planning and compliance with Part 145/CAA/EASA requirements.

Formación

• Familiar with Part 145 Production Planning regulations (CAA/EASA applicable).
• Proficient in MS Office and data systems used in maintenance planning.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Produce scheduled maintenance work packages and documentation.
• Support work order control for aircraft maintenance checks.
• Maintain records of work cards issued and returned.
• Ensure maintenance documentation is complete and certified where required.
• Support third-party supplier activity in line with maintenance requirements.
• Produce daily status reports and KPIs for scheduled maintenance inputs.
• Maintain documentation security and data accuracy within your control.
• Work with AirTanker's maintenance IT systems.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality and environmental requirements.

We're looking for a Planning Assistant to join our Fleet Engineering team and support the delivery of scheduled aircraft maintenance. Working alongside our Base Production Planners, you'll help prepare maintenance work packages, manage key documentation and keep maintenance activity organised and on track.

What you'll be doing

• Producing scheduled maintenance work packages, including supporting maintenance data, forms and documentation.
• Supporting work order control for aircraft undergoing maintenance checks.
• Maintaining accurate records of work cards issued and returned.
• Ensuring maintenance work pack documentation is complete, accounted for and appropriately certified where required.
• Supporting third-party supplier activity in line with maintenance requirements.
• Producing daily status reports and KPIs for scheduled maintenance inputs.
• Maintaining the security and accuracy of documentation and data within your control.
• Working with AirTanker's maintenance IT systems.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental requirements.

What you'll bring

• Experience working with CAA/EASA regulations relevant to Part 145 Production Planning activities.
