Contract: Fixed term, 12-month contract

This is an opportunity to join our Global Propositions team in English, where you will play a key role in helping a large, global function stay aligned, informed, and focused on delivering its strategic priorities.
As Planning & Strategy Co‑ordinator, you will sit at the centre of planning and strategy activity across Propositions. You will help ensure that teams are working to a clear and consistent rhythm, with the right information, at the right time, to support effective decision‑making.
You will support major strategic activity, including the Core English Strategy and annual business planning cycle, as well as leadership forums and department‑wide communications. Your work will enable greater clarity, alignment and pace across a complex, fast‑moving environment.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face‑to‑face at their dedicated location. You are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities. You bring structure to complexity and communicate with clarity and confidence. You will have experience in a coordination, planning or programme support role, and/or communications role, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
