About you:
• Experience of managing large-scale or construction projects, involving multi-disciplined teams.
• Experience managing and administering projects, including risk management; issue resolution; change management; cost control; budget management.
• Experience planning and managing a programme or portfolio of projects or work packages involving planning of resources and scheduling.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and planning skills, including examples of delivering multidisciplinary projects simultaneously and confidently.
• Demonstratable experience prioritising multiple workloads and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ability to research, report on, and develop project briefs to achieve the clients needs and desired design.
• Skilled planner, with an ability to prioritise and manage oversight of several projects at once.
• Strong grasp of desired end result, with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changes as they come.
• Strong team-building skills and the ability to influence and manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
