Job description

Thrive Homes is seeking a Planning Administrator to manage their Repairs Enquiry mailbox, ensuring all requests are responded to within SLA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review Make Every Visit Count daily, raise works, and book in within target, liaising with Planners, Operatives, and Customers.
  2. Raise works from Estate Inspections and book in within target, liaising with Planners, Operatives, and Customers.
  3. Create and send run sheets to Operatives daily.
  4. Review Contractor works daily, ensure updates are added to the Housing Management System, and raise follow-on works.
  5. Review out-of-hours and emergency jobs daily, ensuring they are closed within target, and raise follow-on works.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  7. Perform duties in accordance with the organisation's repairs process, ensuring high customer care standards.
  8. Achieve individual and team performance targets, including turnaround times and issue resolution.
  9. Collaborate and support across teams to resolve issues.
  10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience can be demonstrated through education or work experience.
  • Ability to role model core behaviours is as important as technical skills.
  • Support a culture of trust and respect.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience are desirable.
