Contract Type: Secondment - 5 months
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
Location: London Gatwick - RH6 0JW

We're now looking for a Planning Administrator to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Long term resource planning - maintain staff rosters, schedule training and manage leave
• Updating various IT systems, used for payroll and resource planning
• Generate daily reports for site managers, and upload new employees on to the payroll system
• Work through a shared inbox - responding to queries and dealing with requests
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and agencies face to face, as well as by phone and email

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Previous experience in an administration role, essential
• Strong IT skills and a confident user of basic Excel, essential
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills - calm, friendly and professional
• Organised, with the ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

• Be able to provide five years' address history
• Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
