A leading financial planning practice in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to support their growing team. This role involves managing client files, implementing recommendations, and preparing for client reviews with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Those with a minimum 2 years of IFA administration experience and a desire to progress through CII exams are encouraged to apply.
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice in Kingston who are looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of IFA admin experience and can hit the ground running. This individual needs to be very organised, confident in dealing with clients and good literacy skills are essential.
They will support anyone who would like to progress through their CII exams and there is the potential for future progression to paraplanner or adviser positions.
The Financial Administrator will work either individually, or in unison with a Financial Planner, to ensure that all the clients receive a high level of service. The Financial Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks: -
Maintaining Client Files
The Financial Administrator will be responsible for organising the client file. The Financial Administrator’s specific duties will include the following tasks: -
Implementing Recommendations
The Financial Administrator will be responsible for implementing agreed solution(s) between the client and the Financial Planner. The Financial Administrator’s specific duties will include the following tasks: -
Client Reviews
The Financial Administrator, alongside the Financial Planner will act as a point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties. The Financial Administrator’s specific duties will include the following tasks: -
