Mears Group in Peterborough is seeking a Planner to organise and coordinate repairs and maintenance. You will schedule operatives and subcontractors, monitor progress, prioritise urgent work and ensure jobs are completed on time while delivering excellent service to residents and colleagues.
You will use ICT scheduling tools, keep records up to date for audits, and support reporting against KPIs. This permanent role is 42.5 hours per week with a comprehensive benefits package.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Planner to join our team. As a Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring jobs are allocated effectively and completed within agreed timescales. You will work closely with operational teams, monitor performance against key performance indicators and support colleagues across the wider planning function where required.
