And we need a Factory Planner & Stock Controller to help us keep our production humming and our ingredients stocked to perfection!

Your role:

As our Factory Planner & Stock Controller, you’ll be the maestro of production schedules and the guardian of our ingredient inventory. You’ll work closely with our production teams and suppliers to ensure that every batch of houmous is crafted with care and every ingredient is readily available when needed.

What you’ll do:

• Develop production schedules and prioritize orders to meet customer demands while optimizing production efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure raw materials, packaging materials, and other ingredients according to production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control measures to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule manufacturing activities and ensure smooth production flow.
• Plan and execute stock replenishment activities, including ordering, receiving, and storing materials in the warehouse.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and address any supply chain issues.

What you’ll bring:

• A passion for organization and a knack for balancing competing priorities.
• Experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and suppliers.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A love of houmous and a commitment to delivering quality products to our customers!

Working Hours:6:00AM – 2:00PM, Monday to Friday
