The Role

Were looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our busy operations team. Youll play a key part in delivering top-tier service by coordinating appointments, supporting trades teams, and assisting residents with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and reschedule appointments with residents
• Communicate with customers and resolve queries
• Use planning tools and job management systems
• Work closely with supervisors and tradespeople
