Maintenance Planner

Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner for an immediate start in Manchester. Our client is looking for a Planner/Scheduler to join their team. Training will be provided; however, prior experience and knowledge of planning are desired. This role is initially temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning & coordination of workflow from the Helpdesk.
2. Prioritising numerous PPMs.
3. Monitoring progress of work and communicating delays.
4. Client call handling and fault creation on the CMMS.
5. Supporting the CAFM system daily, especially in planning and coordination to ensure effective maintenance operations.
6. Monitoring CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works) and managing associated service data, including reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience using CAFM systems (desirable).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Planning experience (desirable).
• Proven experience in a similar role.
