Job summary

A leading UK property consultancy in Leeds is seeking a qualified Planner to join their Infrastructure Consents team. This role involves advising on planning consent regimes, preparing applications for national significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs), and coordinating complex project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Planning Act 2008 procedures and a strong background in project management. Flexible working arrangements are available, promoting a balanced work-life ethos.

Qualifications

  • Qualified planner with experience of the Planning Act 2008 procedures.
  • Experience of NSIP and/or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and large-scale project management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK.

  • Advising on planning consent regimes such as DCOs, TWAOs, Section 36 and TCPA projects.
  • Preparing and submitting applications for NSIPs across various project sectors.
  • Managing large, complex project teams and coordinating between stakeholders.
