Overview
Build the world you want to live in with a career in the infrastructure property sector. Carter Jonas’ Infrastructure Consents team is growing fast and works on national‑scale projects across rail, road, energy, high‑voltage transmission, and renewable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Advising on planning consent regimes such as DCOs, TWAOs, Section 36 and TCPA projects.
- Preparing and submitting applications for NSIPs across various project sectors.
- Managing large, complex project teams and coordinating between stakeholders.
- Advancing renewable energy initiatives and supporting the UK’s clean‑energy ambitions.
Qualifications
- Qualified planner with experience of the Planning Act 2008 procedures.
- Experience of NSIP and/or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and large‑scale project management.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK.
