Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a site-based administrator to support Fire and Security Engineers and Regional Service Managers. You will handle emails and calls, oversee engineer workloads up to 30 days in advance, and ensure service levels are met.

You will input data, maintain customer records, and work within a large team to resolve queries efficiently. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Ensuring all call outs logged have correct information within C4W – ie purchase order, reason code, loaded against correct call type, contact name & number, full descriptions of works required
