The London Borough of Bromley is seeking a motivated planner to join our Development Management service. The role offers exposure to a broad caseload and opportunities to develop planning career skills within a supportive and ambitious team.
Hybrid working pattern of two days per week in the office, with a permanent full-time contract and 36 hours per week. The role emphasises delivering high-quality decisions and excellent customer service to applicants.

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated planner who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious planning service. This role is ideally suited to someone in the early stages of their planning career who is keen to gain valuable experience across a varied caseload.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of planning applications and pre-application enquiries, with a particular focus on householder applications and Lawful Development Certificates. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning decisions, providing excellent customer service, and helping to shape the future development of the borough.
