Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Planner to drive on-time project delivery by creating and managing construction programmes and coordinating with operations teams. The role involves developing programmes, monitoring progress, and reporting to clients and senior management.

You will work with project managers and site teams to ensure programme compliance, identify risks, and allocate resources effectively, contributing to successful major construction projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and project delivery.
• Ability to develop and maintain tender, pre-construction, and live project programmes.
• Experience monitoring project progress and producing programme updates and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
