The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and budget discipline, with a background in planned maintenance, refurbishment or improvement works in social housing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering planned maintenance within social housing.
• Experience at Project Manager level.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams within occupied properties.
• Commercial awareness with budgets and performance targets.
• SMSTS qualification essential; Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned maintenance programmes in occupied social housing.
• Lead multiple workstreams across live residential environments.
• Build relationships with Oldham Council and key stakeholders.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Monitor programme delivery, budgets and contract performance.
• Produce progress reports, forecasts and performance updates.
• Ensure health & safety, quality and company procedures.
