Thames Water is seeking a Planned Maintenance Optimisation Specialist - BHS to own the Blockage Hotspot programme, ensuring surveys and cleaning are delivered to budget and costs are tracked and signed off. Base location is hybrid in Slough, with 36-hour weeks and monthly site travel.
You will build strong relationships across finance, field and contractors, ensure HSE guidelines are followed, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to the Performance Manager and senior leaders.
Please note this is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a 12-month maternity cover.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the Blockage Hotspot (BHS) programme. Ensuring that the correct programme is created, tendered, managed and delivered to budget. You will ensure that all costs and payments for the programme are tracked, delivered and signed off in line with current methodologies.
You will also be responsible for building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders across finance, the field and our contractors. Ensuring that our contractors follow the correct Thames Water guidelines and ways of working for Health and Safety, reporting and behaviours.
Base location: Hybrid - Slough-9 Cambridge Avenue (WCSC)
Working pattern or hours: 36 hours Mon-Fri.
