Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead the delivery of the Planned Asset Investment Programme across the Midlands, working closely with our Tier 1 contractor and a wider team.

The role involves stock condition surveys, site inspections, and monthly valuations, with hybrid working and travel across the region. Base in Birmingham’s Lombard House, with time spent in the field and occasional visits to other offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering planned investment programmes.
• Strong contract management skills.
• Solid understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Strong commercial experience, including budget control, forecasting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate and deliver the planned asset investment programme within a defined area.
• Conduct stock condition surveys to inform programme scope.
• Carry out site inspections before, during and after works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide monthly valuations and commercial control.
• Keep internal teams and residents updated on plans, progress and outcomes, aligning with Property Services and Asset Strategy.
