A national insurance consulting firm in Glasgow is looking for a Mid-Senior level Commercial Insurance Broker. In this role, you will manage large and complex P&C programmes, lead insurer relationships, and provide high-level advisory work for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and confidence in advising senior stakeholders. This full-time position offers a competitive salary up to £75k plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

Experience with multinational programmes or specialist sectors (real estate, construction, retail) would be handy.

What You’ll Do

Own large and complex P&C programmes
Lead insurer relationships and placement strategy
Work alongside client leads to deliver placements that are both technically tight and commercially sharp
Play a big part in market-facing projects and placement solutions

Your clients? Mid-market through to major corporates. Some with multinationals. Some with niche, specialist risks. You’ll have technical brokers, account directors, and insurer partners in your corner.
