Colchester Institute is recruiting a Work Related and Placement Learning Manager for Colchester Campus. The role focuses on designing and maintaining a college-wide framework for work-related activity, aligning with DfE funding rules and ensuring meaningful learner experiences across curriculums.

The role requires coordinating with curriculum teams and Inclusive Learning Support to make activities accessible, and to secure employer capacity for work placements and industry placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement, business development or partnership work.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with employers or stakeholders, including senior contacts.
• Experience within education, skills, training or workforce development.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain a college-wide framework for work-related activity with clear processes and standards.
• Develop and review policies for work-related activity in line with requirements and funding rules.
• Coordinate work-related activity across curriculum areas to ensure meaningful learner experiences.
• Ensure a consistent learner experience of work-related activity across programmes.
• Collaborate with Inclusive Learning Support and curriculum teams for accessibility.
• Provide a consistent, professional experience for all employers involved in work-related activity.
• Secure and develop employer capacity for work experience and T Level placements.
