Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a proactive Work Experience Advisor and Assessor to support Health & Social Care and Early Years students in securing meaningful industry placements. You will collaborate with curriculum teams, employers and learners to create valuable workplace experiences that enhance careers in the sector.

You will source, develop and maintain placements, conduct observations and assessments, and guide learners and employers to achieve positive outcomes within college policies.

Qualifications

• You will have a Level 3 qualification or above in the childcare sector.
• You will hold Level 2 English and Maths.
• Experience or knowledge of work placements and employer engagement.
• Understanding of T Levels and industry placement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure high-quality work placements and work experience opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers across Health & Social Care and Early Years sectors.
• Support students to identify suitable placements and provide information, guidance and career advice.
• Conduct workplace observations and assessments in line with awarding body requirements.
• Maintain records and contribute to employer engagement activities.
