Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Redditch, UK is seeking a Marketing Communications student to join the Digital Marketing team within the Aftermarket Division for a 12-month placement starting summer 2027.

The role is onsite for three days per week, with relocation/travel required if needed, and provides exposure to a major global organization. You will support marketing activities, develop content for marketing literature, and maintain brand presence across media.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Marketing or Business Studies with a 12-month placement integrated.
• Digital or social media content background. Assist in the development and execution of corporate events.
• Assist in creating marketing literature including images and videos to enforce the company’s market presence
• Develop and maintain internal/external communication systems (intranet, newsletters).

• Works under the direction of the marketing manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
• Key team member supporting marketing activities for new and existing products
• Manages networking with all functions of the Aftermarket team (Product Line, Supply Chain, Customer Service).
• Maintain and manage excellent client relationships with marketing partners.
• Manages marketing processes in a regular and timely manner.
• Maintain and strengthen Company’s overall brand in all forms of media.

During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry.

This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence summer 2027 .

The requirements are to be onsite for 3 days per week so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location on your own behalf.
